Which costume is better?

I have 3 costume ideas in mind and I know where to get each of them but I am not sure which is better?

1) A sexy convict – Black and white striped mini dress and black and white striped cap & black heels

2) A gansta chick – Black dress with a hat (hard to explain the hat) along with fish net stockings and black heels

3) Marilyn Monroe – The famous white dress and a marilyn wig with while heels
