I'm going to be Marilyn Monroe for Halloween this year….what are the essentials? I know….the platinum blonde wig, red lipstick, white heels, white halter dress…ANYTHING ELSE?? Where can I buy a wig for this?

For Halloween, I'm going to be Marilyn Monroe! I'm almost 13 and I can't find any cheap, small teenager costumes for Marilyn Monroe. So my sister said we could make one. So my question is, can you tell me steps to making a dress, just to be sure. I have a slender body shape. I want it to look EXACTLY like the white one she wore when it flew up. Please include any information on cheap dresses to buy. And also I want to decide if I should buy a wig or just go ahead and curl my hair. Because my hair is like one inch past my shoulders and it's BLONDE. So my questions are:

-How do you make the white Marilyn Monroe dress? (include what fabric to buy and what materials.)
-Are there any teen Marilyn Monroe dresses under $40? (lowest would be great)
-Should I buy a Marilyn wig or curl my hair? (PLEASE list steps to curl my hair!)
